What we collect and why

We retain your email, optional name, language and signup source; confirmation status, consent timestamp and version, and your news preference. This website does not collect payment details, identity documents or game conversations.

We use this data to manage the list and send the early-access invitation and €2.50 offer you request. Additional news is sent only if you opt in. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using each email’s unsubscribe link, free of charge and without signing in.

Confirmation and retention

You must confirm your email to activate your registration. The link expires after 48 hours. Records remain while the list is active or until you request erasure. Unsubscribing stops messages; we retain suppression status to prevent further mail, and you can request deletion by writing to us. Abuse-protection counters expire after an hour and are progressively removed.

Services

Cloudflare and Sites infrastructure host the website and database. Resend delivers emails. The private panel uses ChatGPT sign-in; administrative actions are logged. These services process data necessary for their functions under their agreements and policies. We do not sell the list or publish its email addresses.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to idrisselouazzani55@gmail.com. You may also complain to the AEPD.
